COSLUX – MULTI COUNTRY SHOPIFY STORE

Developed a conversion-focused Shopify store for COSLUX, a skincare and wellness brand, with multi-market functionality covering India, UAE, and Canada.

Problem :

COSLUX needed a modern, premium-looking Shopify store that could support multiple international markets under one platform. The brand required:

  • A clean and elegant UI that reflects its premium skincare positioning

  • A multi-country structure (India → UAE → Canada)

  • Market-specific pricing, currencies, and product availability

  • A checkout process optimized for different customer regions

  • A fast, mobile-friendly storefront for global shoppers

The challenge also included integrating shipping and delivery partners for different countries, especially as the brand prepared to scale quickly.

Solution :

To meet the brand’s requirements, I designed and developed a fully responsive Shopify store with:

  • Multi-market setup using Shopify Markets for India, UAE, and Canada

  • Region-specific product catalog, pricing, and delivery rules

  • Clean, minimal UI with strong product storytelling

  • Optimized product pages with clear benefits, ingredients, and usage details

  • Structured navigation for better product discovery

  • Seamless checkout experience across all devices

  • Pixel, GA4, and conversion tracking integrations

  • Speed optimization and image compression for performance

During the project, Canada’s operations were moved to a dedicated standalone domain to simplify integrations with local shipping/delivery partners and reduce operational friction.

I supported the transition and adapted the architecture accordingly.

Challenge :

The main challenges included:

  • Creating a single-store, multi-country setup that works smoothly for pricing, inventory & currency differences

  • Managing shipping logic across India, UAE & Canada

  • Maintaining a consistent brand experience while handling region-specific pages

  • Ensuring the store remains fast and responsive despite multiple market layers

When the Canadian market shifted to a separate domain, it required restructuring product availability, reconfiguring settings, and adjusting analytics tracking.

Through careful planning and testing, the store maintained both performance and brand consistency.

Summary :

The COSLUX Multi-Country Shopify Store successfully launched with a clean, premium design and a scalable e-commerce structure. With India and UAE operating within a unified Shopify setup, and Canada moved to its own domain for operational efficiency, the brand now has:

  • A strong global-ready Shopify foundation

  • A frictionless shopping experience for customers
